37 Он считает, что Национальное Духовное Собрание имеет полное право исследовать избирательные бюллетени в случае, если есть какое-либо сомнение в том, что выборы были правильно проведены. Под "сохранением" бюллетеней подразумевается их хранение в делах Национального Духовного Собрания.
